Why PIGIN
Purpose Discovery
It is our priority in PIGIN to ignite purpose, in this light, purpose discovery takes the lead. We organize platforms for youths to be open to right nuggets which enhance understanding of what your purpose is, and how it can be discovered.
Development of Human Capital
It is central to our focus to ensure capacity building through personal development and empowerment programmes for youths, so as to better position them for decent jobs and opportunities, and ultimately lead to economic growth for the country as a whole.
Networking
It is one of the topmost interests of the initiative to create medium for interregional and intercontinental interaction of youths from different climes in the global space .
Empowering Youths
In our commitment to human capital development, we take it as a matter of duty to ensure the youths are empowered with marketable skills to earn them a decent job and a comfortable life.
Collaboration
As an initiative, we so much belief in concerted effort of all and sundry, in building a purpose-driven world. Hence, we are open to collaboration with different organizations either in the public or private sector, in ensuring quality education is given to all youths, and empowering youth for employability and self-reliance.
Building Future Leaders with the Right Mindset and Attitude
We understand the significance of leadership in creating enabling environment for purpose discovery and human capital development. We are keen in breeding the changemaker leaders with the both right moral and morale for the societal sustainable development.
Quality Education
In the initiative, we know the role education plays in the both human capital and social development. Therefore, we seek to inculcate both informal and formal education in both our members and non-members through our different platforms. More so, we crusade the importance of quality of education over quantity, and dignity in pursuant of academic excellence.
